When You Change the Way You Look at Things, the Things You LQQK at Change!

It's all about perspective!  How is your attitude or viewpoint about living a healthy lifestyle?  Do you view living healthy as hard, time consuming, and costly?  If you do your efforts will feel hard, time consuming and costly!  Change your perspective and you will change your life!!

When I first started my healthy lifestyle journey I thought that I would just exercise my way to a healthier me.  I had no plans of making huge changes with the way I ate (sounds crazy but I'm so serious)!  In my mind healthy eating was restrictive, bland, boring and costly.  And you know what?  Because that was my perspective it was a fact to me!  It wasn't until I experienced some of my fitsister Christina meals that I started to change my perspective.  As a result, my healthy lifestyle truly started and I saw amazing results!!  

Again, when you change the way you look at things, the things you lQQk at change!  During my mom's battle there was a point when she was going to physical therapy to get her strength and mobility back.  I saw her work so hard to the point of tears.  I could only think to myself here I am, able body, full of life and just taking it for granted.  Let's not be in the category of being able but not willing!  Let's appreciate our health and do our best to consistently live a healthy lifestyle, inside-out!
